What I lke about this game is it isnt just based on speed. If u have the right stratagy then u do not have to kill urself speed wise. I like games that keep my mind active and are a little face paced but what I cant handle are the ones that make u feel anxious. This game did not make me feel anxious or far too ruched at all. There was a nice flow behind this game... u build utilities...add houses... u choose to furnish and fix up the houses to get the max rent. You can even upgrade the houses with add ons. You have to figure out exactly what to build in order to keeps things going and meet your goals in the time limit. There is challenge as the levels go up. Over-all a very fun game.
